About the Role

As the EMEA Sales Lead, you will lead a team of highly focused Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dedicated solely to driving pipeline development and meeting sales pipeline targets in targeted countries and industries in the EMEA region. You will establish close working relationships with stakeholders across the PROS organization and develop and guide your team to meet sales pipeline generation goals.

Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring a high-performing SDR team, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship, and conducting regular performance reviews. You will also effectively and efficiently lead, coach, and guide the EMEA SDR team to qualify inbound leads and identify and target outbound prospects in line with the EMEA GTM strategy.
