At Aston Charles Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our Legal Expenses Claims Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small number of people and overseeing the team's workload, while maintaining a detailed knowledge of policy wordings and their application for all classes of business handled.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience within a commercial claims environment, either from an insurance company or a legal firm. A Legal qualification is also desirable, as it will aid interactions with internal and external solicitors. Full training will be provided, and a mentor will be assigned to build knowledge and confidence within the Legal Expenses market.

We offer a generous basic salary of up to £51K (negotiable depending on experience) plus a 10% bonus scheme and impressive corporate benefits, including substantial pension contributions and financial bonuses for passing qualifications.

Our company operates a hybrid-working arrangement, allowing you to work 1 day a week from home. The team is well-renowned for their friendly, supportive, and collaborative environment, with sports and social events available, including an annual summer ball.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of people

  • Support senior leaders in the development and promotion of the Legal Expenses Team
