Business Support Assistant

Job Summary
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the Business Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing a high level of customer service, and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Support Officer, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in achieving their goals by providing administrative assistance, such as preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient and staff information.
- Collaborate with the Business Support Officer to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Experience of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
