Capital Equipment Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West Midlands, Cheshire, and Shropshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and other sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the plant machinery or industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
