Capital Equipment Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West Midlands, Cheshire, and Shropshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative marketing and networking techniques
  • Make sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to introduce products and build customer portfolios
  • Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the capital equipment industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+)
