Capital Equipment Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the West Midlands, Cheshire, and Shropshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and other means
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain effective
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the plant machinery industry
  • Strong understanding of the West Midlands, Cheshire, and Shropshire markets and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth
  • Full UK driving license and a company car

  • Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+)
