We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and other sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the plant machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Competitive basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE.
- Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+).
- Company car.
