Capital Equipment Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West Midlands, Cheshire, and Shropshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative marketing and networking techniques
  • Make sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to introduce products and build customer portfolios
  • Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, plant machinery, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the capital equipment industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel regularly

  • Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+)
