A key leadership position has become available for a highly skilled and experienced operations director to lead the planning and execution of healthcare services, ensuring delivery timelines and patient safety standards are met.
The role requires a resourceful leader capable of navigating diverse challenges, leveraging internal and external expertise, and aligning operations with client-specific requirements. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within operational teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within healthcare or clinical services, and possess strong risk management skills, including clinical, financial, and commercial risk principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of healthcare services
- Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within operational teams
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in operations management, ideally within healthcare or clinical services
- Risk Management: Strong understanding of clinical, financial, and commercial risk principles
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire performance, and manage complex service delivery frameworks
The estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Practicus offers a flexible working arrangement, with 4 days a week spent in London and 1 day from home.
