About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Midwife to lead our Antenatal and Newborn Screening Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a senior Midwifery role that requires excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on quality assurance, and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team of Senior Midwives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the antenatal and newborn screening program, ensuring compliance with national standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical steering group to oversee the management and quality of the antenatal and newborn screening programs.
  • Provide counseling services to women with increased risk results, ensuring they receive timely and responsive support.
