Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Service Manager to join our team in the UK. As part of our founding team, you will help establish our operations and patient-facing services, working closely with clinicians and product teams to deliver exceptional patient care. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. A good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs is essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient queries, scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic health records, and supporting clinical teams. The annual salary is £26,000 PA Pro-rata, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and cycle to work scheme.
