About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team at ThePlaceToBe. As a key member of our Organic Social Media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to help them develop their social media skills
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital PR principles, with the ability to integrate these into social media campaigns
