Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team at Michael Page Digital. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, including writing, designing, and publishing content
  • Collaborate with our PR and Creative teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry changes to ensure our strategy remains effective

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their social media behavior
  • Create and curate high-quality social media content that resonates with our audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
  • Excellent writing, design, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
