About the Company

Herd Digital, a leading integrated and data-driven agency, is seeking a skilled Digital Media Manager to join their team in Leeds city centre. As a key member of the team, you will assist in account management and contribute to the development of innovative social media strategies for global household name brands.

About the Role

As a Digital Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing social media management plans for a diverse portfolio of clients, creating engaging content that aligns with the latest industry trends.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Organic Social to grow the agency's client base and manage existing social media client accounts.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and designing reactive campaigns for clients, including the creation of memes, overlays, music, and audio content.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Assisting the Head of Organic Social in pitching for new business and upselling to existing clients.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in using major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
  • Prior experience in upselling and pitching for new business is valued but not required.
