Prime Life is Seeking a Dedicated Care Professional

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team as full-time Support Workers. This role offers a great work-life balance with regular set shift patterns across a 7-day working week, providing the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

This position is based at Woodville Residential Home in Derbyshire, which provides dignified support to 46 residents living with various health conditions and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to help others. While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable, it is not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents with daily activities and personal care
  • Supporting residents with mealtime routines and maintaining good nutrition and hydration
  • Encouraging residents to mobilize safely around the home
  • Providing friendship and companionship, and accompanying residents on social outings or appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation
  • Working collaboratively with other care professionals to promote the health and well-being of our residents
Salary and Benefits

An estimated salary range of £11.00 per hour is available, dependent upon qualification level. We also offer opportunities to learn and progress with the support of our Quality Matters team, fully funded DBS, Comprehensive Holiday Pay scheme, and a Fantastic Refer a Friend scheme.
