We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at The Sycamores. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

About The Sycamores:

The Sycamores is a four-bed community rehabilitation (level 1) residential service for men who have progressed through hospital pathways. Our goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, and trusting environment that empowers individuals to achieve their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals in their daily lives
  • Offer guidance and encouragement to promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting concerns as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards
