We are Libra Partnership, a dynamic advocacy organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals across the UK.
We are currently seeking an Independent Advocate to join our team in Hammersmith & Fulham, where you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality advocacy services to clients in need.
As an advocate, you will be responsible for representing the views, wishes, and feelings of qualifying individuals under relevant legislation, including The Mental Health Act, The Care Act, and The Mental Capacity Act.
With a strong focus on client-centered care, we are committed to ensuring that our advocacy services are delivered to the highest standards, with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
Job Description:- To work as part of a team to provide outcome-focused, issue-based, person-directed independent advocacy, in line with relevant legislation and organizational procedures.
- To effectively manage your own caseload of clients and prioritize work accordingly, including visits, report writing, and professional meetings.
- To liaise, communicate, and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people and organizations, including professionals and decision-makers.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
