Our innovative mental health service is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing, and Hounslow. This exciting opportunity involves providing high-quality supervision and line management to a diverse staff team while delivering group and 1:1 interventions in schools as a Trainee Supervisor.

We are committed to empowering anyone experiencing a mental health problem, and our services are designed to support recovery and promote wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with schools, commissioners, and other stakeholders to deliver culturally appropriate psychological interventions that meet the needs of the school communities we serve.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CBT and group work, with experience of working therapeutically and clinically within a CYP Mental Health Setting. You will also have a proven track record of supervising practitioners, managing your own workload, and prioritizing effectively.
