Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Hammersmith & Fulham. As a key member of the Central MINT team, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke one-to-one support for young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing challenges with their mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop collaborative, short-term goals with clients to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
- Connect individuals to services and facilities in their local community through practical skills and support.
- Foster autonomy and promote independence in clients.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience of working in mental health services, with a focus on client-centered care and partnership working.
