Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled legal secretary to join our dynamic team in Belfast city centre. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our solicitors and lawyers, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage court documents, including drafting letters and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using document management systems.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing meeting minutes and agendas.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or in a related field. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
