Experienced Litigation Secretary

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist solicitors with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
- Maintain case files and documents, including managing case deadlines and scheduling court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
- Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation secretary or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of legal procedures and practices related to litigation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software programs.
