Head of HR Operations and HRIS Implementation Specialist

Our client, a global growing Fintech business, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Operations and HRIS Implementation to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the HR function and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement HR operations and HRIS systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of HR administrators and ensure all HR functions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of HRIS systems to ensure smooth functioning of HR operations.
- Maintain data integrity within the HR system and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external payroll companies.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations by overseeing the processing, coordination, and auditing of payroll.
- Review and improve all HR process workflows to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation.
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
- A proven background in HR operations and experience in setting up a Centre of Excellence/Shared Service centre.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a scale-up Tech business, preferably in a regulated industry.
