Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at Career Moves. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR systems, particularly those familiar with Cascade HRIS. If you have a passion for optimizing HR processes and enhancing system functionalities, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR System Management: Ensure the effective operation of the HRIS, including overseeing data entry, user interfaces, and workflow management. Address dependencies to maintain smooth system functionality.
  • Employee Data Maintenance: Regularly update and manage employee information within the Cascade system, including aspects such as benefits, leave entitlements, work schedules, and organizational changes.
  • Feature Development: Design, test, and implement new functionalities and screens to support evolving pay and benefits structures, including healthcare and share schemes.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and distribute scheduled HR reports, as well as respond to requests for new report creation.
  • User Support: Provide assistance to employees regarding HR system inquiries, resolving issues related to access and specific functionalities.
  • Company Policy Management: Update and maintain company policies within the HRIS, including leave entitlements and other relevant variables. Conduct data uploads, both individual and bulk, utilizing Excel for data management.
  • Document Management: Utilize document templates for mail merges using Cascade data, particularly for generating personalized employee communications related to pay reviews and bonuses.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the vendor's support team, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and escalating unresolved matters as necessary.
  • Collaboration with Payroll: Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate data alignment between HR and payroll systems on a monthly basis.
  • User Profile Management: Oversee user profiles, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures are in place.

  • Demonstrated experience in HR systems administration.
  • Familiarity with Cascade HRIS is essential.
  • A strong affinity for data management and system optimization.
