Job Title: Head of HR Operations and HRIS Implementation

Our client, a global growing Fintech business, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Operations and HRIS Implementation to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the improvement of their HR operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective HR operations processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of HR activities.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system (Dayforce) to ensure accurate and compliant data management.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR processes and workflows to enhance employee experience and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure HR operations are compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in HR Operations and experience in setting up a Centre of Excellence/Shared Service centre.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues.
