Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Assistant to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and care needs of children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the educational and care needs of students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to promote student progress and achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support
  • Provide emotional and social support to students, promoting their well-being and self-esteem
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
