We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring that addresses each student's unique needs.
  • Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, crafting lessons that address challenges and build on student strengths.
  • Boost student confidence and competence in subjects such as English, Math, Science, and more.
  • Foster positive and inclusive relationships that create a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
  • Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure ongoing development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven experience working with students.
  • Expertise in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and engage students.
  • Patient, empathetic, and a genuine commitment to making a positive, lasting impact on students' lives.
