Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rail Project Manager to join our team in Birmingham, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile rail projects and develop your commercial management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of quantity surveying on rail projects, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to high standards.
  • Provide commercial support to ensure smooth project delivery, including preparing tender documents, contracts, and budgets.
  • Oversee commercial risks across the project lifecycle, monitoring progress and producing detailed reports.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, particularly within the rail sector.
  • Strong commercial management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing tender documents and contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
