UK Rail Project Governance Specialist
Company Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced UK Rail Project Governance Specialist to join our team at Randstad CPE London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing construction projects across rail properties, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Salary:$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with TOC and Group Procurement Teams to ensure contracts are efficiently procured, meeting required quality standards. They will also build productive working relationships with TOCs, facilitating project decisions and securing necessary resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in property project management, preferably within the rail sector.
- Preferred Chartered Member of a relevant Professional Institute, e.g., MCIOB RICS.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all business levels.
