A Rare Opportunity in Central Routes Asset Protection

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a unique role within our Central Routes Asset Protection team as an Asset Protection Project Interface Manager. This exciting opportunity enables you to work on high-impact projects that integrate complex schemes into the railway environment, minimising operational disruptions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver solutions for externally funded key projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance and assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with Construction Design Management (CDM) clients and other duty holders to establish project compliance principles.
  • Lead the Network Rail interface with projects to secure resources and assure delivery.
  • Foster effective relationships with stakeholders and identify opportunities to reduce asset liabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Membership or working towards membership of the Association for Project Management.
  • Experience in complex project environments, with understanding of project commercial requirements and programme controls.
  • Previous experience in Asset Protection and knowledge of rail infrastructure maintenance techniques.
  • Knowledge of rail possessions and isolations.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for career growth and development.
