  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of project controls processes, adhering to NEC 4 standards and rail industry best practices.
  • Manage key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, emphasizing consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Support team members in their development and growth, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Negotiate with external partners and contractors, effectively resolving conflicts and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies.
