Birmingham, Birmingham, United Kingdom Network Rail Full time

At Network Rail, we are seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Manager to lead projects on the HS2 'On Network Works' Programme. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate the delivery of HS2, working closely with HS2 Ltd and other funders to direct and manage the development and implementation of significant, high-profile projects.

This role is responsible for delivering project benefits to agreed scope, time, and cost. You will primarily focus on developing and delivering infrastructure changes to allow efficient delivery of the HS2 construction programme across the Phase 1 Area.

You should have experience leading successful teams and possess strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to articulate complex business problems into manageable work packages. A proven track record of producing coherent reports and investment information is essential.

Ambitious candidates with experience in management roles in a commercial environment would be advantageous. An MBA or other related postgraduate qualification may also be beneficial. If you are a results-driven leader who can devise solutions maintaining 'business as usual' accessibility, take consideration of the 7-day railway principles, and minimise disruption to end rail users, please apply.
