Programme Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our Programme Delivery Team at HS2 Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the periodic correlation of schedules, costs, quality, and risk to drive expedient programme delivery and manage performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the periodic correlation of schedules, costs, quality, and risk to drive expedient programme delivery and manage performance
- Capture and analyse cost data, including inputting cost data into HS2 data capture systems
- Review supply chain programme submissions and update client schedules
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience in project controls on projects or programmes, with a strong understanding of one or more core Project Controls disciplines, including schedule management, cost management, change management, and risk management.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project and supply chain teams
- Ability to produce and present documents and reports to project and supply chain teams
- Ability to manage and/or influence governance forums, including project change and investment boards with delegated decision-making powers
Benefits:
HS2 Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £40,750 - £50,950 per annum, plus a flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top of base salary and is fully pensionable.
