Job Description: Programme Delivery Manager at Moston

We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead our programme delivery activities in the Midlands area. This is a key role within our organisation that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the programme delivery team, developing and implementing programme plans, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of programmes. They will also be responsible for managing scope changes, resolving conflicts and disputes, and mentoring junior staff. Additionally, they will have responsibility for forecasting change in time and cost, using CEMAR, and maintaining a risk register.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in programme delivery, excellent leadership and management skills, and a solid understanding of NEC contracts. You should also have experience working with CEMAR and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
