**The Job**

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Programme Management Specialist, who will play a key part in achieving our vision. As a Programme Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure efficient and productive delivery;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project objectives and deliverables;
  • Monitor and analyse project performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a similar industry or sector;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall;
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £37,000 - £44,000 per annum;
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home;
