We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Advisor. In this role, you will be at the forefront of engaging with customers, addressing their issues, and ensuring they leave the conversation satisfied.

A key part of this role is resolving customer queries swiftly and efficiently. Our outstanding TrustPilot score demonstrates our commitment to maintaining high standards, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will be cool, calm, and collected, even in hectic situations. They will have the ability to manage their own workload by being self-sufficient and strive to deliver exceptional service.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,796, plus an uplift each year. You will also receive 25 days holiday per year, access to our employee discounts platform, Magpie, and a range of other benefits.
