We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Lodge at Solent. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with effective kitchen management and producing high-quality food from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Leading by example and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
