Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and accurate Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for the preparation, tracking, and accurate storage of all medical records for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transporting them to the relevant department(s) for filing.
  • Ensuring the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and accurate with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience working in a similar environment is beneficial but not necessary as full training will be provided.
