Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional patient care, adhering to best practice guidelines and clinical protocols.
- Managing long-term conditions, processing administration tasks, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Working collaboratively with the practice team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and adhering to practice protocols and policies.
- Supporting the partners in achieving the practice's strategic aims, making recommendations to enhance income and reduce expenditure.
- Encouraging collaborative working, liaising with all staff regularly, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
