About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical nursing services to our patients and doctors. This includes chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management, and sterilisation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in general practice (preferably)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- EEN or RN AHPRA registration and ability to use Best Practice Medical Software
