SaaS Account Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Operations Lead to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial customers with complex technical solutions and multiple stakeholders.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer success, account management or related fields, as well as experience working in a SaaS company. You should be a product expert with a deep understanding of how our product integrates its features, integrations, capabilities & best practices help customers achieve their goals.
- Experience in customer success, account management or related roles in a SaaS company.
- Successful track record of managing Enterprise and Commercial-size customers with complex technical solutions and multiple stakeholders in a high-touch B2B environment.
- Aptitude for understanding how our product and integrating its features, integrations, capabilities & best practices help customers achieve their goals.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a great compensation package, we also provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
