Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for our SaaS business. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing strategies to attract and convert ideal customer profiles (ICPs) into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs). A deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) will be essential as you develop targeted campaigns that speak directly to high-value accounts.

Develop and implement demand generation campaigns that target our ICP using multi-channel approaches (email, paid ads, content, webinars, conferences, etc.).

Drive the end-to-end lead funnel from MQL to SQL, optimizing conversion rates at every stage. Use analytics to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Own the creation and execution of ABM initiatives, from personalized content to targeted outreach strategies for key accounts. Partner with content, product marketing, and sales teams to create compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and moves them through the funnel.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in demand generation for a SaaS company (ideally an Insurtech) with hands-on knowledge of MQL, SQL, and ABM strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, paid search, social media, and content marketing is required.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience.
