Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Director to join our team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy across digital channels, events, and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive top-of-funnel activity, including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Lead the development of lead nurturing programs using marketing automation, personalized content, and retargeting strategies to move prospects through the funnel and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing demand generation team in each region while collaborating with sales, branding, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality lead handoff, provide feedback loops, and maintain ongoing communication to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, optimizing for efficiency and ensuring cost-effective campaigns while delivering a high-quality pipeline.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a B2B SaaS company with sales motions, ideally with experience in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven track record in building and leading a demand generation team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Creative & Resourceful: Strong written and oral English communication skills with careful attention to detail.
