Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have 12 months+ experience in IFA administration and be able to provide proactive assistance to our Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to ensure a seamless process
- Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to provide a positive experience
- Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
- Raise invoices where required
- Database management
