We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Hooray. As a key member of our credit control team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the collection of cash from clients. Your excellent communication skills and ability to manage key client relationships will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include helping to compile reports for clients, producing letters, and liaising with clients via email and phone to ensure payments are made in good time. You will also work closely with departments to ensure they are aware of client challenges and payment schedules.

Required skills and qualifications include strong technology skills, a client-centric approach, excellent customer service skills, and proactive attention to detail and organisational skills.
