Endsleigh are seeking a Client Executive to support their team in delivering an exceptional service to clients purchasing cover from them online. The successful candidate will work with clients in charity, not for profit, education, and student accommodation, providing a comprehensive service to meet their needs.
The role involves assisting in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service, liaising with the Account Executive to develop a strategy for renewal, and attending client meetings as necessary. The Client Executive will also be responsible for issuing renewal documentation, handling queries, and processing adjustments in line with procedures.
Key skills required for this role include excellent technical insurance skills, which will be assessed through regular testing. The successful candidate will also hold GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
