Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker Specialist to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in achieving client retention targets by providing a high level of service
- Liaise effectively with account executives to ensure a suitable strategy for renewal
- Obtain renewal terms and present to clients
- Produce and issue professional summaries and reports using Howden templates
- Ensure premiums are collected prior to the commencement of cover and in line with Howden procedures

Requirements

- Working knowledge of all main classes of general insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market
- Excellent level of technical insurance skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
