As the Laboratory Manager, you will oversee the Quality Control (QC) laboratory, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, helping them develop their skills and ensuring high-quality testing procedures.
Testing:
Conduct analytical testing using HPLC and GC techniques.
Standards:
Maintain and improve lab standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Drive continuous improvement by developing and validating new methods and techniques to enhance laboratory processes.
A degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, forensic science, pharmaceutical science, or a related field is required.
A background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of GMP, is essential. This could have been gained as a laboratory manager, QC manager, quality control manager, etc.
Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC and the willingness to carry out testing using them are necessary.
Bonus:
After probation, you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to 20%, subject to personal and company performance.
