Key Responsibilities- Respond to applicants and invite candidates for interview
- Issue new contracts to employees and maintain contact with new starters
- Send letters/emails on behalf of the People Team
- Set up health check timetables for factory workers
- Assist with events, such as party organization
- Help organize filing cabinets
- Scan and manage electronic personnel files
- Provide general administrative support
We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience, with a keen eye for detail. You will be working in a hybrid position, requiring an office presence at least once a week.
