Safeguard is the Uk's premier provider of call handling and customer support services exclusively to the new-build housing market. Based in Chester Le Street, Co. Durham, calls are taken from homeowners nationally who have an emergency defect out-of-hours.
We are seeking to appoint Administrators to help liaise with national and regional builders and ensure our data bases are up to date.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate skills and attributes, organisational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, typing and computer literacy. In particular experience working with spreadsheets in Excel and a very good knowledge of Word. You must have previous experience of working in an office environment carrying out multiple administration tasks.
The role involves multitasking and industry knowledge will be obtained through training.
The role is customer facing and you will need to be good at keeping calm under pressure and prioritising your workload. The role also involves taking customer care calls. A good eye for detail and experience of checking information for accuracy would be advantageous.
The role is over a three shift rota of 06:00-14:00hrs, 09:00-17:00hrs and 14:00-22:00hrs
