Specification Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including builders, OEMs, and facilities management companies
  • Work closely with internal commercial and sales support teams to align on sales strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of working alongside manufacturing and different routes to market
  • Ability to work proactively with account portfolio and plan visits to meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
